At this price point, you will find studio condos, one bedroom and some smaller 2 bedroom condominiums. They will typically have fewer amenities which means you may not find a seasonal shuttle or a pool, but it is most likely on the free bus route. The Steamboat Springs city bus runs year round through the mountain area to downtown Steamboat Springs. Service is not as frequent in the shoulder seasons, so be sure to check the bus route information for times.
