The median sales price of a Steamboat condos increased in 2012. Some of the reasons for the increase are:
- more buyers in the marketplace in 2012
- fewer Steamboat condo foreclosures
- more luxury ski-in, ski-out condos were sold at Edgemont and One Steamboat Place
- entry level condo prices are rising
- two Trailhead Lodge auctions sold most of the inventory for $300-$400 (+/-) a square foot
