January 2015 Condo Sales in Steamboat

rp_christie-club-antlers-exterior-150x150.jpgThe <$500,000 condo market is tightening up, especially for <$300,000 condos.  Selling prices for lower price points averaged 97% of the list price in January due to the low inventory of move-in ready condos.   With higher priced units, the average list-to-sold price is still a healthy 94%.

In January 2015 there were 14 sales of condos and townhomes in Steamboat including two One Steamboat Place condos that sold for $1.3 million and $1.5 million.  The average sold price for a Steamboat condo was $621,000.   Removing the One Steamboat Place sales changes the average sold price to $467,000.
