Steamboat’s ski-in ski-out inventory is shrinking. Another Edgemont condos just closed yesterday. It was the 4+bedroom Slopeside house that sold for $2,350,000. (It was listed at $2,450,000.) There are 14 total residences remaining, although only two larger units are left: a 3+den and the 5+den Bunkhouse. There are several 2 bedrooms and a few 3 bedrooms available.
At One Steamboat Place, sales are heating up now that their debt issue has been resolved and the remaining developer inventory is back on the market at lower prices. Several fractional ownership residences have gone under contract at One Steamboat Place, and I’ve heard that several whole ownership residences are also pending ( but I haven’t seen the new status reflected in the MLS yet.)
