Cimarron Townhomes and Condos in Steamboat Springs are large 4 and 5 bedroom luxury townhomes close to the ski area with a pool, fitness center, and shuttle. Because Cimarron townhomes were built in 2005-2006, several townhomes that originally sold for $1,400,000+ ended up selling as short sales or bank-owned REOs.
