Prices are rising at Blackhawk Townhomes and other popular Steamboat condo developments. Blackhawk townhomes is a neighborhood of contemporary loft-style townhomes across from Trappeurs Crossing and within blocks of the ski mountain. Like many other developments in Steamboat, prices at Blackhawk townhomes are rising and there are fewer options for buyers to choose. Since 2011, there have been five sales at Blackhawk Townhomes in Steamboat Springs and only one is available for sale.
