During 2013 there were 11 condos that sold at The Lodge.  They range from $219,000 to $322,000, and interestingly, all the sales were 2 bedroom condos.  (As of today, there was a three bedroom Lodge condo under contract.)  You can see all the price details below, but keep in mind that prices are going to vary based on location in the complex, renovations and upgrades the previous owner(s) did, and seller motivation.

The Lodge Condos has 2 or 3 bedroom condos within walking distance to the slopes at Steamboat. With pools, shuttles to and from town and the lifts and hot tubs, and pricing less than $300,000, buyers like The Lodge.

Three Villas at Walton Creek condos sold this month as well as a Bear Lodge at Trappeurs Crossing developer-owned condo. All of the recent sales at Bear Lodge were private re-sales, and this sale closed at 80% of the list price as the developer got a little more realistic with their pricing.

We are definitely seeing rising prices in Steamboat in many market segments–especially condos and townhomes under $300,000 with lower HOA dues and newer condos at all price points.
