Trailhead Lodge Condos at Wildhorse Meadows is a popular development with its own gondola to the base area of the Steamboat Ski Area. In 2012, there were two auctions that took place to sell the remaining inventory (and there were a lot of auction sales).
Fast forward to 2014, and Trailhead Lodge is on the other side of the distressed sales and list prices have gone up. When Trailhead opened, buyers were paying $700-$900/SF. Even at $450-$500/sf, Trailhead is a popular development that rents well and has great amenities.
