Trailhead has 86 condos ranging from 461-2,197 sq ft, and 27 of them are already sold.  That leaves 59 luxury condominiums ranging from studios to three bedrooms that will be purchased next week by an investor.   Once the remaining condos are sold, expect the Trailhead Lodge condos to come back on the market at a market rate price.

The condos at Trailhead Lodge were once priced at $465,000-$2.5M.  Buyers originally purchased 70% of the condos (at those prices!) at the selection event but many of them never closed because of the economy.

In 2014, there were eight sales at Trailhead Lodge that sold for an average price/sf of $398.  Interestingly, the condos that are currently available are all listed at a higher $/SF signalling the end of the Auction pricing.  Trailhead Lodge is still priced way below the initial offer prices, and rental numbers are excellent.
