That compares with eight sales in 2013 although the main reason there were fewer sales at The Ranch were because at the end of 2014 the inventory had shrunk to the point that there are now only two Ranch condos available to purchase.

The Ranch at Steamboat is a popular development that really is one-of-a-kind because it is away from the busy base area and has a lot of open space between buildings.  The Ranch at Steamboat condos also offers full amenities (pool, tennis, shuttle, fitness, dog park) at an affordable price so they are great for full or part-time residents.  They also rent well so owners can offset expenses when they aren’t in town.
