]]> The owners of the remaining developer units at One Steamboat Place decided to get serious this summer and sell their remaining whole ownership residences. At the close of 2014, they did exactly that.

Eleven whole ownership residences sold, five are under contract, and only five One Steamboat Place whole ownership residences are left to purchase.  (There are a few resales available in addition to the developer units.)

When fractionals are $340,000 (ish) for a 1/8th share and you can get a whole ownership for $1.7-$1.9 (+/-), the value is definitely with whole ownerships which is one reason so many buyers have purchased at the 5-star luxury ski in, ski out development.

Whole ownership gives owners more flexibility with dates and allows owners to use the rental income generated to offset or pay for their dues.
