Over $10.5M of Steamboat condominiums changed ownership in October 2011. The list to sold price ratio averaged 90%, meaning most buyers were getting an average of 10% off the list price.
The Victoria and The Dulany saw the most discounting while other Steamboat condos sold for over the asking price. (There is only one 2 bedroom left at The Victoria, and in my opinion, is one of the best deals available downtown.)
