Sales at Trailhead Lodge condos in Steamboat Springs have rebounded nicely from 2012, when there were two auctions transferring the remaining developer-owned inventory to private buyers.
In 2014, there were eight sales at Trailhead Lodge that sold for an average price/sf of $398. Interestingly, the condos that are currently available are all listed at a higher $/SF signalling the end of the Auction pricing. Trailhead Lodge is still priced way below the initial offer prices, and rental numbers are excellent.
