September Market Snapshot Melissa Gibson from Land Title confirmed with her most recent email what Steamboat real estate brokers have known: it’s been a busy fall. Here is what she wrote:
“September was another great month in Routt county with 179 Transactions and $92.6M in Gross Volume. That is the 3rd largest Gross Sales Volume month we have seen in 9 years! Attributing to those numbers were 23 sales over $1M! It is great to see all those upper-end transactions since that part of the market was a bit soft over the summer.
Total sales volume was up by +15% compared to last September, with the YTD. at +21.63%. Transactions were also up by +1.74% compared to last September, with the YTD. at +7.63%.
