For those curious about the vacant parcel next to Edgemont and what will be built there, we don’t have an answer. Phase 2 at Edgemont is an unknown at this point.
The developers were originally approved to build townhomes and another larger condo building, but the city entitlements (what was approved to be built and what has been platted) expired in 2013. The parcel is currently for sale for $10,500,000 and the new buyers will decide how they will develop it.
