Prices at Sunray Meadows condos in Steamboat Springs have been going up throughout 2012. I represented the buyer back in May 2011 who officially marked the bottom of the market at Sunray Meadows by paying $205,000 for a 2BR condo, and prices have been steadily rising since then.
Besides getting a great condo close to the Steamboat ski area, prices are still about half of where they were at the peak of the Steamboat real estate market so there is plenty of room for future appreciation.
