There were 15 condo and townhome sales in Steamboat in February, although the reason I’m finally getting around to posting February sales on March 21 is because March is crazy busy.
If you notice, 5 of the 15 sales were bank-owned. Most of them were entry-level condos and townhomes. One of them was at The Highmark, one of the few upscale places near the mountain we’re seeing bank-owned places come on the market.
