Steamboat condo buyers who want the ultimate location choose ski in, ski out real estate. So far this year, 18 ski in, ski out condos have sold. Half were priced between $1M-$2.725M, and most of those sales were at Edgemont, Antlers townhomes and One Steamboat Place.
One Steamboat Place was off the market waiting for their loan to be restructureduntil a year ago, so sales there reflect pent-up buyer demand.
Two Edgemont condos sold making Edgemont now over 70% sold out.
