Steamboat Condo Sales in December

Riding up the gondola for First Tracks

Steamboat Springs has had great early season snow, and some lucky buyers now have new ski condos to enjoy the great conditions. December in Steamboat Springs really is a magical time–the trees are full of holiday lights and there is plenty of fluffy white snow.

This photo was taken riding up the gondola for First Tracks.  The town was shrouded in fog, but above the clouds were sunny skies and perfect conditions.

Here are the closings for December, 2010.  Click on the link to see what is currently for sale in each Steamboat condo development or call us at 970.819.6372 with your questions.
