Steamboat condos sales and Steamboat real estate in general have picked up over the last 12 weeks and days on market have come down dramatically. Some Steamboat condos that were on the market for a year…or even two…are now pending, and new listings are finding buyers within months. We aren’t back to a “normal” market yet, but most signs point to better days ahead.
The Trailhead Lodge auction is over with 25 of the 39 original condos to be auctioned going under contract. Most of the 2 and 3 bedroom condos found buyers (the seller held several condos back that were not part of the auction process) for prices around $400,000 +/- for 2 BR condos and $550,000-ish for the three bedrooms.
