Aspen Lodge at Trappeurs Crossing was built in 2006 as the first Platinum rated Trappeurs Crossing building.
Aspen Lodge introduced upgrades including central air conditioning (even though you might only need it in Steamboat a few days a year), granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The first private patio condos were also introduced at Aspen Lodge. They became so popular (and rented so well) that Emerald Lodge and Bear Lodge added even more private patio units when they were built.
Fireplaces, washer/dryers in the unit, and underground parking are standard at Aspen Lodge and all the other Trappeurs buildings.
