Once First Tracks at Wildhorse Meadows recreated itself as market-rate housing allowing anyone to purchase one of the brand-new, entry level condos, sales took off. Since last year, over 30 of these well-priced condos have sold.

Edgemont Ski In Ski Out Condos
Steamboat’s ski-in ski-out inventory is shrinking. Another Edgemont condo just closed yesterday. It was the 4+bedroom Slopeside house that sold for $2,350,000. (It was listed at $2,450,000.) There are 14 total residences remaining, although only two larger units are left: a 3+den and the 5+den Bunkhouse. There are several 2 bedrooms and a few 3 bedrooms available.

One Steamboat Place
At One Steamboat Place, sales are heating up now that their debt issue has been resolved and the remaining developer inventory is back on the market at lower prices. Several fractional ownership residences have gone under contract at One Steamboat Place, and I’ve heard that several whole ownership residences are also pending ( but I haven’t seen the new status reflected in the MLS yet.)

One Steamboat Place, the luxury ski-in, ski-out development at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, is back on the market with an attractive price reduction after completing a recent debt restructuring. Buyers like One Steamboat Place because it is a gorgeous property which offers both fractional and whole ownership real estate opportunities at several price points.
